1. exercising (i'm seriously getting more and more oversized.)
hmmm. 3 times a week. i SWEAR! 2 days jogging, 1 day swimming.

finally finish the drama.
ending is not what i've expected.
i EXPECTED MORE!

found out some things about sean today.
upsetting i should say.
he lied.
but his lie is not revealed by my mum and dad yet.
what's worst is.. they were testing himm.
and once u lie.
u need to create another lie to cover the first lie you have lied.

his problem. kinda make me remind myself.
it's not deejavu. but, it's exactly the same thing.
what sean lied about is hiding of his results.
he failed him english by 3 marks.
me, mum and dad asked him if he took back his paper.
he said no. (* when u lie, pls blink your eye.)
obviously, i believed him.
now i know how it felt a few years back when i lied to mum and dad.

things will get worst i think.
dad might spank him for i dont know how?
but, first i think i can understand why sean lied.

for me, a few years back. i decided to lie about the results is because, i know mum and dad pinn high hopes on me. if i were to let them know i failed, they will sure be damn upset and disappointed. so we thought by lying, will make the situation better, which obviously won't.
but children thinking is as naive as anything. and you know, that decision took me loads of courage.

sigh~

for me, because of this incident.. i've learnt not to lie. and strive harder to work and achieve the best of everything. it is then why, i expected good results for myself till then. and obviously, now lying is a difficult task for me.
cos i know of the consequence.

every one lie makes up the other lie.
so, if you're lying, stop all at once.
it will not solve the problem but add in more pain.

first time, my family got to sit down on the dining table to eat dinner together.
as most of the time, kids go to the living room to eat and watch tv at the same time.
hah.
so, in order to catch the ndp parade, mummy daddy joined us at the living room to have dinner.

all i can say is, the performance is awesome.
and, it's blissful to sit together, watch the parade and sing Home and Majula Singapore together.
all these definitely warms my heart.

Motivation - Types of Motivation

It can often be a daunting task studying for an exam, interview, or other similar purpose regardless of the specific subject that an individual is studying. This means that in order for an individual to study effectively it is essential for an individual to stay motivated. This allows the individual to work through the material and complete the tasks that the individual has set out to complete. However, the more complicated, difficult, unpleasant, and/or uninteresting the task, the harder it is for an individual to stay motivated. As a result, it is important for an individual to be able to identify the various rewards that he or she can obtain by completing a particular task. This may sound simple, but it can often be difficult to identify the exact reason that an individual should complete a particular task especially if that task is related to completing a large long-term goal. This is because a particular task may not have a direct reward such as receiving a license, a job, or passing a class, but may instead have a reward that is harder for the individual to define.

Therefore, the simplest way for an individual to find a reason to complete a specific task is to understand that there are actually two types of motivation. The first type of motivation is referred to as extrinsic motivation, which refers to the desire to perform a task for all of the rewards that an individual receives from the outside world such as more money, a better job, a good grade on an exam, or anything else that the individual receives from someone or something else. The second type of motivation, which can sometimes be harder for an individual to acknowledge, is intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation refers to the desire to perform a task for all of the intangible rewards that the individual receives from himself or herself such as the satisfaction of completing a task, the joy of achieving a goal, the gratification of learning something new that the individual wanted to learn, or the pride associated with living up to one's own values. Intrinsic motivation may not offer the same physical rewards that are often associated with extrinsic motivation such as money or good grades, but it can still be a powerful motivational tool for individuals that are attempting to achieve a smaller goal with no apparent extrinsic reward.

have been working damn hard thesse days. slept at 4 for boths nights.
consequence -- HEADACHE!

anyway, it's worth lahs.

hmmm.. saturday. supposedly there's an outing with my lovely girls. but due to overloading assignments, i didnt go. ); hope they had fun. gonna catch up with damn real soon!
start work like 9 am. stopped at 2 am. went to meet somebody to get my stuff and den back home again. home, work again. i was editting my pic for wds. i edit till i fall asleep. couldnt take any longer, went to take a 5 min nap. but as usual overslept. was like. DARN! dad woke me up. cos it's dawn's jie jie 21 bday. went to her place. back home late. I WANTED TO GO HOME. BUT DAD DOESNT WANNA SEND ME HOME! ); LEFT WHEN MUM FINISHED HER MAHJONG. IT'S DAMN LATE UH. back home. continued working. slept at 4am.

today. woke up at 12. as usual. alarm clock rang, but, snooze snooze till... yarh~
right away chiong my assignment. but today, damn slacky.
manage to do what i should do. but still got some touch up here and there.

cravinggs for ice cream as usual.
AND AND AND! SO HAPPYYYY!! GONNA MEET EKIA KAKEE SOON SOON SOON! which is like week 17's friday. ); so miss her mans!

and week 17 i scary.

- WDS PRESENTATION
- PRSP ASSIGNMENT DUE DATE + LAB TEST
- CMSY LABTEST
- COMMUNICATION SKILL TEST

it's like. 3 days and so many tings. cos monday's national day.
and u know, i'm so gonna motivate myself!

it's due to my dumness.

that's why i got to stay up till so late.

rina lost the file she just typed. and. it's like more than 10 pages of microsoft word, font size 10. just imagine.

it's the first time i so feel like cryinggg!

but. no point crying over spilt milk.

endurance took over the gonna-cry rina.
